Milani Color Statement: Ultra Violet

Ultra Violet is a gorgeous red-toned purple with blue-violet shimmer.  It's not particularly unique, but this is a gorgeous iteration of this type of color, and for four bucks, you've got little to lose.  The formula is the perfect viscosity and it's opaque in two coats.
