Denim is a gorgeous blue scattered holo.  The formula was smooth and well-behaved, very shiny without top coat, opaque in two coats and dried quickly.  It even looks like denim!

Super Nails Valentine's Day collection: Pink Teddy Bear

Last but certainly not least in the Super Nails Valentine's Day polishes I have for you is Pink Teddy Bear.  If you don't like bar glitter, you can go away now. :P  I do happen to like bar glitter, and I especially love this adorable polish, which really does look like a beloved bear!  Pink Teddy Bear has a lightly pink-tinted jelly base and light and dark pink bar glitter.  Like Hot Cocoa, it's a simple but extremely clever use of elements already available in the polish world.  I used two coats, and no top coat for my swatches, buy for a full mani, you'll want a nice thick top coat for smoothness.

Love You to the Moon and Back is from the Super Nails Valentine's Day collection, and I love it because it's a different and very pretty take on Valentine's Day nails.  Who needs red and pink when you can have nails covered in black mini glitter and silver holographic moons and hearts?  The formula was surprisingly fluid, given all the glitter, and shown are two random coats--no fishing!

Super Nails Hot Cocoa

Okay, this has got to be the cleverest and one of the cutest polishes I've ever owned.  I have no idea why nobody came up with this idea before, because it's simple genius.  Hot Cocoa is a milk-chocolate-colored shimmer polish with matte white square glitters.  It does look exactly like I dipped my nails in cocoa!  It dries a bit textured but very shiny, so you really only need top coat if you want a completely smooth surface.  Hot Cocoa was opaque in two coats, and I could have fished for a few more glitters, but I like the look with just a few per nail.

Super Nails Valentine's Day collection: Box of Chocolates

Super Nails is a new-to-me brand, and I love the four polishes I've got.  Three of them are from the Valentine's Day collection, and one is from the core line.

First up is Box of Chocolates, which you can get scented if you like.  Chocolate scents are almost always a disaster for me, so I skipped the fragrance.  The polish itself is beautiful, a clear based packed with small coppery-brown glitter, gold circles and pink hearts.  The larger glitters required a bit of fishing, but nothing terrible.  I used one coat on my pinkie and two coats on the rest of my fingers.  I'd say this polish would be opaque in three coats, and you can definitely use it for a layering polish.
