Sally Hansen Triple Shine Make Waves

Make Waves, another core polish from Sally Hansen Triple Shine, is a bright turquoise blue with vivid green shimmer.  Like Drama Sheen, it was sheer and not completely opaque in three coats.  Again, the formula was good and the color made up for the sheerness.
