Seche Casually Cool

Casually Cool is my first polish from Seche, but it definitely won't be the last!  This pastel blue crème was opaque in one coat--unusual for a pastel.  I didn't even mind that the shimmer in the bottle didn't translate to the nail, because with one coat, I can add a shimmery top coat!
