Milani Photo Flash

Photo Flash was part of the Milani Flash collection which came out in August or September of 2010. It was LE, so it's not available in stores, but can still be found on Ebay and at some etailers. Photo Flash is a raspberry-red jelly with matching micro-glitter (or glassfleck, I can't tell). It's flashy and summery and really pops!

All swatches are three coats with no topcoat.
